Saudi Arabia First to Qualify for Arab Cup Last 16 After 3-1 Win Over Comoros

The Saudi national team qualified for the Round of 16 of the Arab Cup after defeating Comoros 3-1 in their match today, Friday, as part of the second round of the group stage.
The Saudi team secured their early qualification before the end of the group stage, having won both their first and second matches, thus topping Group B with six points.
Mohammed Kanno scored two goals for "Al-Akhdar" (the Green Falcons) in the 45+4th and 51st minutes, with Salem Al-Dawsari adding another in the 76th minute. Ibroihim Youssouf scored the lone goal for Comoros.
With this result, Saudi Arabia leads Group B with six points, followed by Morocco with four points, Oman in third place with one point, and finally Comoros with no points.
