Morocco National Team Holds First Training Session in USA Ahead of World Cup
The Morocco national football team held its first training session in the United States on Thursday evening, as part of its preparations for the upcoming World Cup finals. The "Atlas Lions" session took place in New Jersey and was primarily focused on recovery and regaining physical freshness. This followed a long, direct flight from Morocco to the United States, which lasted approximately eight hours.
This session is part of the national team's comprehensive preparatory program before the official competition begins. The technical staff aims to ensure the players are optimally prepared, both physically and mentally, ahead of the World Cup kick-off.
The Moroccan team is scheduled to play its final friendly match next Sunday against Norway, which will serve as their last test before the World Cup commences.
The national team will begin its World Cup campaign on June 13 against Brazil, followed by a match against Scotland on June 19. They will conclude their group stage fixtures on June 24 with a game against Haiti.
