Morocco National Team Holds New Training Session Ahead of World Cup Squad Finalization

The Moroccan national team continues its preparations at its current training camp, ahead of finalizing the squad list for the "Atlas Lions" participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals.

On Sunday, the national squad underwent a new training session at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, during which coach Mohamed Wahbi focused on tactical and physical aspects, as well as enhancing the players' technical readiness.

This preparatory camp runs from May 22 to 26, aiming to assess player readiness and provide opportunities for several players before the final World Cup squad is announced.

The "Atlas Lions" will face Burundi in their first friendly match next Tuesday at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, behind closed doors.

It is worth noting that Wahbi will announce the final squad list for the Moroccan national team next Tuesday at the conference hall of the Mohammed VI Football Complex, starting at 7:00 PM (19:00 GMT +1).
