
Morocco National Team Holds First Training Session Ahead of World Cup Squad Announcement
The Moroccan national team kicked off its preparations for the World Cup finals by holding its first training session at the Mohammed VI Football Complex. This session is part of the ongoing preparatory camp, which precedes the finalization of the squad list.
The national team players conducted their initial training session today, Friday, just hours after arriving at the Maâmora center, under the supervision of coach Mohamed Wahbi.
National team members began arriving at the training camp starting today, Friday, with the full squad expected to assemble in the coming days.
The Moroccan national team will undergo this preparatory gathering between May 22 and 26. The objective is to assess player readiness and try out several names before the announcement of the final World Cup squad.
Coach Mohamed Wahbi had revealed a preliminary squad of 28 players yesterday, Thursday, who will participate in this preparatory camp. The final squad list is expected to be announced later, on Tuesday, May 26.
