Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), received members of the Moroccan U17 national team one day before the start of the Africa Cup of Nations "Morocco 2026" competition.

The Federation issued a statement, which read: "Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, received members of the U17 national team to support their participation in the AFCON 2026, in the presence of Technical Director Fathi Jamal and President of the National Professional Football League, Abdeslam Belkchour."

The Kingdom of Morocco is hosting this edition of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place between May 13 and June 2, with the "Atlas Cubs" placed in Group A alongside Tunisia, Egypt, and Ethiopia.
