Juventus Considers El Karouani for Summer Left-Back Reinforcement
Italian newspaper "Tutto Sport" reported that Juventus has begun its moves in the summer transfer market to strengthen the left flank, with Moroccan international Souffian El Karouani emerging as a potential target.
According to the same source, the Moroccan player has become a subject of interest within the "Old Lady's" management, especially given his contract is nearing its end. This would make him available as a free agent during the summer transfer window, significantly increasing the deal's appeal for the Italian club.
The newspaper added that Juventus plans to restructure several positions, primarily the left-back role, due to the uncertain future of some current players. Anticipated moves could involve certain players departing and new additions joining to provide further quality.
Media reports had previously confirmed that Moroccan international Souffian El Karouani, a player for Dutch club Utrecht, signed a contract with Saudi club Al-Qadsiah, which he will join after his contract with Utrecht expires.
El Karouani recorded 3 goals and 16 assists in 46 appearances for Utrecht this season across all competitions.
