El Karouani's Agent on Player's Future: "His Focus is on Utrecht and His Goal is to Be an Important Member of the Team"

Mahmoud El Boustaty, agent of Moroccan international Soufiane El Karouani, confirmed that the Dutch Utrecht player is currently focused on becoming an important member of the team, following interest from numerous clubs in his services.

El Boustaty told Portuguese newspaper "A Bola": "I understand the links between Soufiane and several clubs. He had a great season, and this season is even better, in terms of numbers and statistics."

The agent added: "But currently, El Karouani's focus is solely on Utrecht and on being an important member of the team."

The Portuguese newspaper revealed that Porto and Real Betis are among the clubs interested in El Karouani, after his impressive performances in the Dutch league and the Europa League this season.

The same source explained that El Karouani, whose contract with Utrecht expires in June 2026, has become an attractive target in the transfer market, especially after a superb season with 24 appearances, scoring 3 goals and providing 13 assists.
