
Moroccan Women's National Team Secures 3-0 Friendly Win Against Tanzania Ahead of Africa Cup
The Moroccan Women's National Team defeated their Tanzanian counterparts 3-0 in a friendly match played this Monday evening, as part of their preparations for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations finals.
Sanaa Mssoudy opened the scoring early in the 4th minute. She then added her second goal in the 76th minute, following a decisive pass from Fatima Tagnaout, while Yasmin Mrabet sealed the victory with the third goal in the 79th minute.
This match is part of the "Atlas Lionesses'" preparations for their participation in the Women's Africa Cup of Nations, which will be hosted in the Kingdom of Morocco from July 25 to August 16.
The Moroccan team will play their second friendly match against Mali on Friday, April 17, at the Moulay El Hassan Stadium in Rabat, kicking off at 6:30 PM.
The Moroccan Women's National Team is in Group A of the Africa Cup, alongside Kenya, Senegal, and Algeria.
