UEFA Announces Ticket Prices and Sales System for Continental Finals
UEFA has officially announced the ticket prices and sales procedures for the finals of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, and the UEFA Women's Champions League. The public ticket sales process began on Monday, March 16, 2026, through a lottery system that will be used to allocate seats for the four matches, replacing the previous first-come, first-served method. A significant portion of tickets has been allocated to fans of the participating teams and the general public, with strict measures implemented to combat illegal resales.
Regarding the approved prices, UEFA clarified that tickets for the Champions League final, scheduled to take place in Budapest, Hungary, on May 30, will range from €70 to €950. Of the 61,400 available seats in the stadium, 39,000 tickets have been designated for fans and the general public. The organization also set prices for the Europa League final in Istanbul, Turkey, on May 20, between €40 and €240. Tickets for the Europa Conference League final in Leipzig, Germany, on May 27, will start from €25 and go up to €190, while the Women's final in Oslo, Norway, on May 23, will cost between €20 and €70.
Concerning the technical aspects of entry and combating manipulation, UEFA stated: “Under the lottery system, applicants will be placed on a list, and winners will need to download UEFA's dedicated ticketing app and register via the mobile phone they will use to enter the stadium.” The same source added that accepted fans are required to use the registered phone to access the stands on match day, as the ticket will not be transferable to another person. This measure is part of the continental body's effort to ensure tickets reach genuine supporters and reduce black market activity.
