Manchester United's Amad Diallo: 'Prayer and Quran Give Me Great Energy'
Ivorian winger Amad Diallo, who plays for English club Manchester United, has opened up about the religious aspects of his life, stating his commitment to performing daily prayers and listening to the Holy Quran frequently.
Speaking in an interview with the club's official channel, Diallo detailed his morning routine. "I wake up very early and do stretching exercises at home. I start my day with prayer first, then when I arrive at Carrington, I have a light meal," he explained.
He further elaborated on his pre-match nutrition. "If we play an early match, like at 12 PM, I have breakfast. And if we play at 2 PM, I have a small amount of lunch," Diallo added.
The young attacker also shared his pre-game ritual. "Before the match, I like to listen to the Holy Quran because it gives me great energy and makes me calm. It's related to religion. Sometimes I listen to music, but I prefer listening to the Quran most of the time," he concluded.
