
33 Moroccan Referees Receive FIFA International Badges for 2026
The National Directorate of Arbitration, on Wednesday, presented the international badges for Moroccan referees for the year 2026 at the Mohammed VI Football Complex. These badges were granted by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) in recognition of the high standard of Moroccan referees and their ability to officiate matches according to international criteria.
The list of main referees includes Jalal Jayed, Hamza El Fariq, Mostafa Kachaaf, Hicham Temsamani, Mohamed El Baroudi, Achraf Barrada, and Nawfal Nachit. The female main referees are Sabah Sadir, Zakia El Grini, Zolikha Harmas, and Nouhaila Belkhoukh.
International badges were also presented to the assistant referees: Lahcen Azgaou, Mostafa Akerdad, Zakaria Brinsi, Hamza Nassiri, Abdessamad Abrtoun, Zakaria Bouchtaoui, and Achraf Raihan. The female assistant referees are Fatiha Jermoumi, Soukaina Hamdi, Karima Khdiri, and Ihssane El Nawajli.
The list further included referees accredited for the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology: Jalal Jayed, Hamza El Fariq, Yassine Bouslim, Zakaria Brinsi, Fatiha Jermoumi, Moncef El Zein El Alaoui, and Ayoub Chraahbil. Additionally, international badges were awarded to futsal referees Khalid Hnaich, Said El Haoud, Mostafa Rekik, and Mohamed Abokal, as well as beach soccer referees Driss Lemghaidar, Youssef Ait Houmad, Azz Eddine Essalihi, and Nabil El Maliki.
