Senegal National Team Leaves Tangier for Rabat Ahead of AFCON Final
The Senegal national team delegation is scheduled to depart Tangier this Friday evening, heading to the capital, Rabat. This move comes in preparation for their clash against the Moroccan national team in the Africa Cup of Nations final.
The "Teranga Lions" have spent nearly a month in Tangier, with Sadio Mané's teammates having an extended stay since their arrival in the "Bride of the North" on December 19.
The Senegalese national team held its final training session at the annex of the Grand Stade de Tanger yesterday, Thursday. They will complete the rest of their preparations for the final in the capital, Rabat.
The Moroccan national team will face their Senegalese counterparts in the Africa Cup of Nations final this coming Sunday at 20:00 GMT+1, at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
