Walid Regragui, head coach of the Moroccan national team, announced that international Azzedine Ounahi will be absent from the semi-final match due to an injury he is suffering from.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations semi-final against Nigeria, Regragui stated: "Azzedine Ounahi will play tomorrow... No, no, I'm joking, he is injured."

He continued: "Saïss has returned to training, and we will see what he does in the final training session."

He added: "Apart from Ounahi, all players are present with the squad and are ready."
