
Nigeria Knocks Algeria Out of Africa Cup with Dominant Win
Nigeria's national team has qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals after defeating Algeria 2-0 in their quarter-final match at the Grand Stadium in Marrakech.
From the opening whistle of the first half, Nigeria exerted strong pressure on Algeria's defense, coming close to scoring on multiple occasions.
Nigeria continued their dominance into the second half, converting their superiority into the opening goal in the 47th minute through Victor Osimhen. His teammate Akor Adams then doubled the lead in the 57th minute.
With this victory, Nigeria will face Morocco next Wednesday at 9:00 PM (GMT +1) at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
