Chipo: "Hakimi Needs More Time to Be Fully Ready"
Former Moroccan international Youssef Chipo discussed the first-half performance of the Moroccan national team against Tanzania, emphasizing the need for caution in the second half.
During beIN Sports' analytical studio, Chipo stated: "Tanzania is a well-organized team, well-spread across the pitch, and didn't give us enough space. We must be smart because they are trying to draw us into physical battles, given their physical strength."
He continued: "It is essential to maintain pressure and try to regain possession quickly, with quick transitions in the second half, in addition to being cautious. Hakimi still needs some time to be fully ready, and I also see the necessity of bringing in another striker."
It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team is currently leading Tanzania by one goal to nil at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, in the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16.
