Sudanese FA President: "We Thank Morocco for its Excellent Hospitality; Our Ambition is to Go Far in AFCON"

Mutasim Jaafar, President of the Sudanese Football Association, praised Morocco's excellent hosting of the Africa Cup of Nations, affirming that the Sudanese national team's ambition is to go far in this continental tournament.

In press statements, Jaafar said: "The Sudanese national team's preparations are going well ahead of the match against Algeria. We aspire to go far in this tournament, and we hope the players achieve the aspirations of the Sudanese people."

He continued: "We thank the Kingdom of Morocco for its excellent hospitality and customary generosity. We aim to achieve positive results during the group stage matches."

The Sudanese national team is scheduled to face their Algerian counterparts tomorrow, Wednesday, at Prince Moulay El Hassan Stadium in Rabat, with kick-off at 4:00 PM (GMT+1).
