Motsepe: "Great Excitement at AFCON with Top-Tier Stadiums... Morocco Will Host a Truly Exceptional Edition"

Patrice Motsepe, President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), affirmed Morocco's readiness to host the Africa Cup of Nations tournament, which is set to kick off in the Kingdom next Sunday.

Speaking to beIN Sports, Motsepe stated: "Great excitement awaits us at the Africa Cup of Nations, with preparations being made at the highest level and top-tier stadiums."

He added: "African football is currently experiencing its best period and is among the best, both in terms of footballing quality and the very high standards that have been established in African football."

The CAF President concluded by saying: "Morocco will host a truly exceptional edition of the Africa Cup of Nations tournament."
