El Saktioui: "We will start preparing for the Oman match now, and we need to be ready to put in the hard work"
Tariq El Saktioui, coach of the Moroccan national reserve team, affirmed that the upcoming match against Oman in the second round of the Arab Cup group stage will not be easy.
Speaking at the press conference following the 3-1 victory over Comoros, El Saktioui stated: "We will start preparing for the Oman match now. The players will get a good rest, and then we will begin studying the strengths and weaknesses of the opposing team."
He continued: "We must be ready to put in a great effort in both attack and defense, and play with a high fighting spirit to score goals and secure the win."
El Saktioui concluded: "The match will not be easy, as all encounters are decided on the field, not by names or prior expectations."
It is worth noting that the Moroccan team will face Oman in the second group stage match next Friday, kicking off at 3:30 PM (GMT+1).
