Real Betis Announces Contract Extension for Coach Manuel Pellegrini Until June 2027

Real Betis has announced a contract extension for their Chilean coach Manuel Pellegrini for an additional season, keeping him with the club until June 2027.
Pellegrini took charge of Betis in the summer of 2020. Since then, he has successfully guided the team to win the Copa del Rey in 2022, in addition to securing five consecutive European appearances, most notably reaching the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Pellegrini has become the coach with the most matches managed for Betis in La Liga and in European competitions. He also holds the record as the coach with the most victories in the club's history.
