Al Ahly to Travel to Morocco Wednesday on Private Jet for Two Rabat Training Sessions Ahead of AS FAR Clash

The technical staff of Egyptian club Al Ahly has set the team's schedule for their upcoming match against AS FAR in the CAF Champions League, following their first-round group stage fixture against Algeria's JS Kabylie yesterday.

Danish coach Jess Thorup decided to grant the players a rest from training today. The team will then hold training sessions on Monday and Tuesday before traveling to Morocco on Wednesday morning aboard a private plane, where they will conduct two training sessions in preparation for the anticipated encounter.

Al Ahly began their group stage campaign with a 4-1 victory over JS Kabylie, while AS FAR suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Tanzania's Young Africans at the latter's home ground.

In the second round, Al Ahly will be guests in Rabat, the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco, when they face AS FAR next Friday at 20:00 (GMT+1).
