Kompany, Bayern Munich Coach: "I Hope Hakimi Recovers Quickly and His Injury Isn't Serious"
Vincent Kompany, coach of German club Bayern Munich, expressed his wish for Moroccan star Achraf Hakimi to return to action as soon as possible and for his injury not to be serious.
The Belgian coach stated in a press conference after the 2-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League: "I hope Hakimi returns soon and that his injury isn't serious. We never want to see such scenes."
Kompany also recalled Jamal Musiala's injury during the Club World Cup against PSG, saying: "We went through a similar experience with Jamal Musiala in the United States. These moments are not pleasant. We hope Hakimi recovers quickly."
It is worth noting that Achraf Hakimi is scheduled to undergo thorough medical examinations today, Wednesday, to determine the nature of his injury and the potential duration of his absence from the pitch.
