Gavi Reveals Anxieties Ahead of Spain World Cup Squad Announcement

Pablo Gavi, the Barcelona and Spain midfielder, has opened up about the anxiety and tension he experienced prior to the official announcement of his country's squad for the upcoming World Cup finals.

The young international explained that he initially preferred not to follow the squad details directly to avoid the increasing psychological pressure during those crucial moments. He later received the news of his official call-up for the global tournament, marking his second appearance in his professional career.

Gavi described the moment he heard his name included in the selected squad as a "rush of happiness," coinciding with his anticipation of the coach's decision regarding the chosen group.
