Morocco to Hold Open Training Session for Fans in New York This Thursday Ahead of World Cup
FIFA has announced, as part of its "Community Training Sessions" program linked to the 2026 World Cup, that some training sessions will be open to the public at various participating teams' camps during their preparation period for the tournament. Among the teams included in this program is the Moroccan national team, offering fans an opportunity to attend an open training session. This initiative aims to bring players closer to their supporters and allow them to observe a part of the preparations firsthand.
This open session for fans will take place this Thursday, starting at 6:00 PM (New York City time). It will be hosted at the Pingry School training center, which serves as the base for the "Atlas Lions."
It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team is placed in Group C for the World Cup. They will kick off their campaign on Saturday, June 13, against Brazil, followed by a match against Scotland on June 19, and will conclude their group stage fixtures against Haiti on June 24.
