Real Madrid Approves New Board of Directors for Seventh Term Under Perez

Spanish club Real Madrid has announced the formation of its new Board of Directors, which will manage the club until 2029. Florentino Perez will continue as president for his seventh term. The new board comprises 19 members and includes new faces aimed at strengthening the administrative structure of the Royal Club for the upcoming period.

The list sees the addition of three prominent figures: José Ángel Sánchez and Manuel Redondo, both of whom have held executive positions at the club since 2000, and Francisco García Sanz. García Sanz brings significant international experience, having spent nine years as president of German club VfL Wolfsburg before joining Real Madrid's management.

Catalina Miñarro stands out as the sole woman on the 19-member board, reflecting the continuity of a decision-making structure that relies on long-serving figures in management. From an electoral perspective, Perez has remained in his position without facing any opponents in the last five election cycles, ensuring unique stability in the history of the White team.

Amidst this stability, Real Madrid, under Perez's presidency, has secured 65 titles, including 37 in football and 28 in basketball. The current Board of Directors aims to continue the sporting and economic successes achieved by the club in recent years and solidify its leading global position.
