French star Kylian Mbappé was involved in a verbal altercation with a member of Real Madrid's technical staff during a training session that preceded the team's trip to face Real Betis on April 24. Informed sources reported that the player spoke in an angry tone and used offensive language towards the staff member, who was acting as an assistant referee in the training drill after calling an offside against Mbappé.

While Mbappé is currently undergoing a treatment program to recover from a hamstring injury sustained during the match against Real Betis, his representatives issued an official statement to respond to criticisms directed at his conduct and recovery process.
