
Al-Botola Exclusively Reveals Officiating Crew for CAF Champions League Final First Leg Between Sundowns and AS FAR
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed the refereeing team for the first leg of the CAF Champions League final, which will bring together South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns and Morocco's AS FAR.
Albotola.com has learned from its sources within CAF's Referees Committee that the match will be officiated by a Congolese refereeing team led by referee Jean-Jacques Ndala. He will be assisted by Joëlian Ngila as the first assistant referee and Gradil Munia as the second assistant referee, while Jessie Moïse will serve as the fourth official.
Sudanese referee Ahmed Abdel Aziz will be in charge of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system, assisted by Libyan Ahmed Al-Shalmani and Zambian Diana Chikotesha.
Maringa Desmond from Zimbabwe has also been appointed as the match commissioner, in addition to referee and security inspectors from Eswatini and Seychelles, and referee assessors from DR Congo and Senegal.
