Enrique: "Having Hakimi is Like Having Three Players"
Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique praised the high level of performance displayed by Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, affirming that he is one of the team's most important pillars.
Speaking at the press conference ahead of the Lorient match, Enrique stated: "Hakimi, what more do I need to explain? His level? He is a key player, always performing at a very high standard." The Parisian club's coach added, "He is a Moroccan machine, it's amazing. Having Hakimi is like having three players."
Enrique continued, confirming that the Moroccan star's absence from the Munich match represents a technical loss for the team, but he emphasized that the club possesses numerous options to compensate for this absence.
Enrique went on to say: "Unfortunately, he will not be present in Munich. We are calm and happy because, as a team, we have capabilities and very high-level players."
The Parisian club's coach concluded his statement by asserting that he would not disclose any further details regarding the duration of Hakimi's injury absence, merely indicating respect for the team's internal situation.
