
FAR Rabat Coach Forgoes Player Rest for Clasico, Team Starts Preparations This Afternoon
FAR Rabat coach Alexandre Santos has decided against resting his players in preparation for the upcoming 'Clasico' against Raja Casablanca, a match counting for the 17th round of the Professional League.
The military team is expected to kick off its preparations for the game with a training session starting at 5 PM at the Maâmora Sports Center, aiming to lay the initial groundwork for the Clasico.
On the opposing side, Raja Casablanca is also conducting its first training session at this time, with players not receiving a rest period following their significant 4-1 victory over Fath Union Sport.
Looking at the league standings, the match holds immense importance, with Raja Casablanca currently in second place with 33 points, while FAR Rabat sits in third place with 32 points.
It is worth noting that FAR Rabat will host Raja Casablanca next Thursday at 6:00 PM (18:00 GMT +1) at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
