Chaabani Ahead of AS FAR Clash: "We Tried to Overcome the Weight of the First Leg Result, Tomorrow We'll Do Everything to Qualify"

Mouine Chaabani, head coach of RS Berkane, discussed his players' readiness for the second leg of the CAF Champions League semi-final against AS FAR. He affirmed that his team would work diligently to secure a victory and qualify for the final.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Chaabani stated: "Tomorrow, we will play a decisive match, and one of the teams will exit the competition. AS FAR has shown excellent performances in the CAF Champions League, possessing experience and stability."

He continued: "Tomorrow will be an exciting match, and we will do everything in our power to qualify. We know that the task will not be easy, and we are aware that we are playing against a strong team with excellent players."

Chaabani added: "We will be playing against the scoreline and against time. We have prepared for this match throughout the week, both mentally and physically, and we have tried to overcome the burden of the first leg's result. Everyone is ready to give their all to qualify."

The match between the two teams will take place tomorrow, Saturday, starting at 8:00 PM (GMT+1) at the Municipal Stadium of Berkane. The first leg concluded with a 2-0 victory for AS FAR.
