The Referees Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ivorian referee Clement Franklin to officiate the first leg of the African Confederation Cup quarter-final match between Zamalek and Otoho.
Franklin will be assisted by his compatriots Ado Herman and Eba Medrad Etienne, while Togolese official Aklesso Gnama has been assigned as the fourth referee.
The committee also decided to appoint Moroccan referee Hamza El-Farek as the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), assisted by Maria Paquita Sankela from Mauritius.
