Eagles and Green Boys Urge Raja Management to Escalate Refereeing Protest
The "Eagles" and "Green Boys" ultras groups, supporters of Raja Club Athletic, have issued a new statement expressing their dissatisfaction with the refereeing errors that have accompanied the team's matches recently. They believe the club has become "targeted" in recent times, according to the statement.
The two groups affirmed that the current phase necessitates an escalation from Raja's management to defend the team's interests, noting that previous statements are no longer sufficient, especially given the recurrence of controversial refereeing incidents. They also called on the club's official spokesperson to come forward and directly address what they described as attempts to "divert media attention" and to defend the team's rights during the remainder of the season's competitions.
Raja Club Athletic had previously expressed its own protest against refereeing decisions through a series of statements. The club also sent correspondence to the National Directorate of Refereeing following its recent match against RS Berkane, which saw several incidents that sparked controversy during the encounter.
