Raja Club Athletic coach Fadlo Davids spoke about his players' performance following their 1-1 draw against RS Berkane in a postponed match from Week 7 of the Botola Pro Inwi.

During the post-match press conference, Davids stated: "Perhaps an early goal in a match like today can sometimes be a curse, because psychologically it might make players overthink afterwards. After that goal, we couldn't speak as we should have, when it was possible to shift play from the build-up phase to a more serious one, and for all of us to be more involved with the ball."

He added: "But today I saw a different side. We are the team with the highest possession percentage in the Moroccan league, but today I witnessed another aspect of my players; besides their ball skills, they are capable of fighting and pressing intensely. I could have played an additional twenty minutes, and it would have been impossible for the opponents to score any goal unless they received a gift."

Davids continued, expressing his frustration: "It's very frustrating because the players put in a full effort, and a goal is scored from a non-existent error. Last week, there was also a clear refereeing error; the penalty was obvious, and the referee invented a different decision. It's frustrating, especially since these errors repeat every week with the flow of the game."

Fadlo concluded by saying: "And every week, the referee stops making correct decisions for several rounds, and this imposes additional challenges on us to maintain the players' focus and performance on the field."
