Real Madrid Signs Defender Ayman Garcia from Atlético Madrid

Real Madrid has completed the signing of 18-year-old central defender Ayman Garcia, who joins from rivals Atlético Madrid. This transfer comes as Garcia's contract with Atlético was set to expire in June.

Garcia previously played for Atlético Madrid's "C" team in the Segunda Federación, the Spanish fourth tier. He also trained with the first team under coach Diego Simeone. The young player, born in 2007, stands at 1.92 meters tall.

This transfer marks Garcia's second spell with Real Madrid, having previously spent four seasons in the club's academy during his youth development. This signing follows the breaking of a non-aggression pact between Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid concerning youth players.

It is worth noting that other players, such as Gabriel Castrillo, Ariel Nkoghe, Andrés Corkoba, and Sergio Mestre, have also moved from Atlético's academy to Real Madrid's academy in previous periods.
