Ethics Committee Sanctions Raja Beni Mellal Officials
The Ethics Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation held a meeting, which concluded with the issuance of a series of disciplinary decisions against several club officials, following various incidents witnessed in the national football scene.
The committee decided to suspend Al-Batoul Tamkida, president of the Lionesses of Assa El Mahbas club, from engaging in any football activity for three effective years, and fined her 30,000 dirhams. This was due to her assaulting the referee during the match between her team and Raja Dakhla club, in addition to insulting the refereeing staff with offensive language.
The sanctions also included officials from Raja Beni Mellal club, following disturbances created in front of the Federation's headquarters. Hatem Abdelaziz, the first vice-president, was suspended for one year, with six months of the suspension being probationary, and fined 20,000 dirhams.
Additionally, Al-Mustafa Al-Khanshaoui and Rachid Khalil, club advisors, were each suspended for one year, with six months of the suspension being probationary, and fined 20,000 dirhams each.
Furthermore, the sanctions extended to Khalid Al-Siyyati, the second vice-president, Al-Hussein Al-Hajri, the financial director, and Mohamed Tarali, the club's general secretary. Each was suspended for six months, with three months of the suspension being probationary, and fined 10,000 dirhams each.
