The FIFA Referees Committee has appointed the officiating crew for the Arab Cup final between the Moroccan national team and their Jordanian counterparts, scheduled for Thursday, kicking off at 5:00 PM Moroccan time.
Swedish international referee Glenn Nyberg will lead the match as the main referee, assisted by his compatriots Mahmoud Beigi as first assistant and Andreas Söderqvist as second assistant.
The fourth official will be China's Ma Ning, while his compatriot Zhou Fei will serve as the fifth official.
For Video Assistant Referee (VAR) duties, Switzerland's Fedayi San will oversee the VAR room, assisted by Qatar's Khamis Al-Marri, and Saudi Arabia's Abdullah Al-Shehri will be the Assistant Video Referee (SVAR).
It is worth noting that Swedish referee Glenn Nyberg previously officiated the famous encounter between the Moroccan national team and their Argentine counterparts during the Olympic Games, which ended in a 2-1 victory for 'the Atlas Lions'.
