François Rodrigues, assistant coach of the Saudi national team, affirmed that Hervé Renard will be keen to ensure an honorable performance against the Moroccan B national team in their match tomorrow, Monday, at 18:00 GMT+1. The game is part of the final group stage round of the Arab Cup.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Rodrigues stated: "The preparation for facing Morocco was similar to what it was before the Comoros match, with a lot of intensity in training. The players are very active and quick to react at the moment, and this bodes well."

He continued: "We have great respect for the Moroccan national team, and you know the nature of the coach's relationship with Morocco. There is a fact that must be emphasized: today we are qualified for the quarter-finals, while Morocco has not yet qualified. They are almost certainly in need of a victory, while we are in a position to manage and administer our efforts."

Rodrigues added: "We are competitors by nature, and the coach will be keen to put on an honorable display. There are players demanding more playing time, and we are in the process of deciding which team is the most competitive to face Morocco."

He concluded: "We will have to minimize errors as much as possible against Morocco, because they are a strong and dangerous team offensively. We must prepare ourselves in the best possible way to face this team, which, to me, appears to be the most offensively equipped in this tournament."
