Less Than 24 Hours Until ‘Atlas Lions’ Discover 2026 World Cup Opponents

The Moroccan national team is less than 24 hours away from learning its opponents for the 2026 World Cup finals. The official draw ceremony is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Friday, at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C., the American capital.

National coach Walid Regragui will be present to represent the national team at this global event. The ceremony will see the attendance of coaches from qualified teams, representatives of participating football federations, and delegations from federations still competing for the final qualification spots.

The Moroccan team enters this draw placed in Pot 2, thanks to its advanced position in the FIFA world rankings.
