Chaabani: "It is Essential Not to Drop Points in Home Matches During the Champions League Group Stage"
Mouine Chaabani, head coach of RS Berkane, stated during the pre-match press conference ahead of their game against Power Dynamos that the team's first participation in the CAF Champions League group stage makes tomorrow's match "very important." He explained that winning the opening game provides a significant psychological boost for the team.
Chaabani emphasized that, based on experience, teams play three home matches and three away matches in the group stage. This makes "not dropping points in home matches essential," while also striving for positive results away from home to avoid complex calculations and pressure later in the campaign.
The match is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane, kicking off at 8:00 PM, as part of the first round of the group stage.
