Regragui: Salah Eddine is Still Young and I'm Happy with His First Match with Us

Morocco national team coach Walid Regragui expressed his satisfaction with the participation of new call-up Anass Salah Eddine in the Atlas Lions' 1-0 friendly victory over Mozambique.

Speaking at the press conference following the match, Regragui stated: "I am happy with Anass Salah Eddine's participation in his first match with us."

He continued: "He is looking for tactical harmony with the group; he is discovering the Moroccan national team and a new defensive line, especially since we changed the entire defense today."

Regragui concluded: "I always feel some anxiety when a new player participates, but I believe he demonstrated his quality. He is still young, and we have gained another left-back. I am happy with him and would like to salute him, because it is not easy."
