El Shaabani: "Ittihad Tanger Showed More Attacking Prowess; Some Matches Are Won, Not Played"

RS Berkane coach Moïn El Shaabani stated that Ittihad Tanger displayed greater attacking prowess in the match where his team suffered a 1-0 defeat in the eighth round of the Botola Pro Inwi.

El Shaabani commented in the post-match press conference, "We congratulate Ittihad Tanger on this victory. For my part, we created opportunities but failed to convert them, unlike the opponent who seized their chance and scored in the second half, even with a numerical disadvantage."

He added, "Ittihad Tanger showed more aggression on the ball than us, particularly in the attacking aspect. We created chances, but unfortunately, we couldn't score. Sometimes the ball just doesn't go your way, and I offer my apologies to our fans for this defeat."

El Shaabani concluded by stating, "For me, we delivered a good performance, but the attacking intensity was lacking among my players. Some matches are simply won, not played beautifully."
