Abdelhamid: "If We Want to Win the Champions League, We Must Defeat All Clubs, and the MAS Match is a Real Test for Us"

Younes Abdelhamid, AS FAR defender, emphasized the necessity of winning all matches if the team aims to clinch the CAF Champions League title. He indicated that the upcoming match against Maghreb de Fès (MAS) in the Botola Pro will serve as a real test for the players.

Abdelhamid stated in press remarks after the 1-0 league victory over FUS Rabat: "The derby is always difficult. The most important thing is to win and continue our good run of results. It's another win for us, and it's great to score the goal and secure three deserved points."

The defender also sent a message to the AS FAR fans, saying: "The fans are always present and on time. This is a big club with great supporters, and we, as a team, must be great on the pitch."

Regarding the upcoming match against Maghreb de Fès, Abdelhamid commented: "All matches are difficult when we face FUS Rabat or Maghreb de Fès. We know the game will be tough, especially since our opponent is going through a good period. Therefore, this match will be a real test for us in this league."

On the CAF Champions League draw, the AS FAR player added: "We know the Champions League is difficult; there are big teams, and everyone wants to win. If we want to be crowned champions, we must be able to defeat everyone."
