AS FAR Continues Preparations: Team's Schedule Ahead of Champions League Final
AS FAR held a new training session on Wednesday as they continue preparations for the CAF Champions League final, their most important match of the season. They will host South African side Mamelodi Sundowns this Sunday (20:00 GMT+1).
Coach Alexandre Santos of "Al-Zaeem" (The Leader) scheduled a training session today, with another planned for Thursday at the club's academy. The first leg ended with a 1-0 victory for Sundowns.
The players are continuing their preparations and focusing on this match, which will be held at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium and is expected to see a record attendance of over 65,000 spectators, as all tickets put on sale have been sold out.
The team will hold another session on Thursday, which will be open to the media, starting at 16:15 (GMT+1).
Coach Santos will hold the pre-match press conference on Saturday (11:00 GMT+1), accompanied by captain Mohamed Rabie Hrimat. The final training session will take place on the evening of the same day (18:00 GMT+1) at the club's academy.
