Neymar: "My Dream is the World Cup, If I'm Not on the List I'll be a Brazil Fan... Ancelotti Will Decide"
Neymar da Silva expressed his hope of being included in Brazil's final squad, which Carlo Ancelotti is expected to announce today, Monday, for the 2026 World Cup. He also noted that he has regained his physical fitness.
Neymar stated in press remarks: "I am in great physical condition, and I am improving with every match. I gave my best, it wasn't easy, I admit that."
He continued: "Tomorrow (today, Monday) will be an important day, and of course, I am not usually a nervous person, but I have been thinking about it since today. Regardless of what happens, if I am in the squad, I will be very happy to achieve everything I wanted."
He added: "Ancelotti is the coach and he will decide whether I deserve to be there or not. I have always made it clear that my dream is to play in the World Cup. I have worked for it, and if I am not in the squad, I will be a fan and support Brazil."
The Brazilian national team is in Group C of the World Cup, alongside Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland.
