Maghreb Fez strengthened their position at the top of the Professional League standings with a commanding 4-0 victory over Hassania Agadir. The match took place on Wednesday evening as part of the 17th round of the local league.
Maghreb Fez established their lead in the 30th minute when Achraf Hermach scored the opening goal. The game was held at the Sports Complex in Fez.
After the break, Maghreb Fez sought to secure their advantage with a second goal, which was eventually scored by Soufiane Benjdida in the 71st minute.
Benjdida returned to net his second personal goal and Maghreb Fez's third in the 76th minute, before his teammate Hamza Afsal sealed the emphatic victory with a fourth goal in the 78th minute.
With this result, Maghreb Fez maintained their lead at the top of the Professional League with 37 points, extending their advantage to four points over second-placed Raja Casablanca (33 points). Hassania Agadir, meanwhile, remains in 12th position with a total of 16 points.
