Harry Kane: "Coming to Santiago Bernabeu is Very Difficult, One-Goal Lead Can Change Quickly"
Harry Kane, the Bayern Munich player, discussed the difficulty of playing the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final at the Santiago Bernabeu, noting that the tie is far from decided.
Kane stated in media remarks: "We knew before the game, with all the hype around it, that coming to Madrid and playing at the Santiago Bernabeu, and trying to get a result there, is always difficult, but I think we put in a very good performance."
He added: "There were some aspects where we could have been better, especially with the final pass or the last touch, as we had good opportunities, but credit must be given to them, as they also put in a good performance."
He continued: "Overall, we can be very happy with this win, and we'll take it with us into next week's game. We've had some great moments together. We are now in the crucial stage of the season, and we hope to maintain this level."
He concluded: "The more we play and train together, the stronger the connections become. We always feel dangerous offensively and believe in our ability to score goals, and we did that again away from home. We are in a good position, but as always, a one-goal lead can change quickly, so we must remain focused."
