Fahli: "We Qualified with the Determination of Men and Aim for a Second CAF Champions League Title"
AS FAR player Youssef Fahli described his team's 2-1 victory over Pyramids in Cairo as "historic," affirming the "Military Men's" ambition to win the CAF Champions League title for the second time in their history.
Speaking to beIN Sports channels, Fahli stated: "We achieved a historic victory and a historic qualification to the semi-finals. We thank everyone who contributed to this, and our goal is to compete for the title."
He continued: "We secured qualification with the determination of men and aspire to add a second title to the team, as we only have one title so far."
Fahli concluded by saying: "I extend my thanks to the medical and technical staff, and to the management for providing us with comfort. I also thank the fans who traveled with us and all Moroccan fans who supported us."
It is worth noting that AS FAR will face the winner of the match between RS Berkane and Al-Hilal of Sudan in the CAF Champions League semi-finals.
