A prominent source within the Confederation of African Football (CAF) revealed a significant surprise to "Al Botola," stating that the Disciplinary Committee has not yet set a date for its meeting to discuss the Al Ahly vs. AS FAR match incident.

The source further told "Al Botola" that the committee has not even formed the body that will convene to discuss the match file and the penalties to be applied according to the disciplinary regulations. They added that all that has happened in recent days is the sending of clarification requests to both clubs to comment on what was mentioned in the observers' reports.
