Real Madrid Approves New LED Screen Installation at Santiago Bernabéu
Real Madrid has announced its approval for the installation of a new LED screen in the third tier of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, with work already commencing this week.
Workers have begun removing the existing facade structures on the west side, marking the initial phase of a project expected to span several months.
This technological upgrade aims to enhance the visual experience for spectators. The new screen will be gradually installed along the west side and both ends of the pitch. The project is anticipated to take several months to complete due to its technical complexity and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium's busy match schedule.
It is worth noting that the facades currently being removed displayed the new dark blue “Bernabéu” logo. Due to architectural constraints, the installation will not encircle the entire stadium but will be limited to the west side and both ends.
This project follows nearly three years after work began on the first tier's ring and the 360-degree video scoreboard. This development reflects the club's ongoing commitment to modernizing its facilities to provide the best possible experience for fans.
