En-Nesyri to Juventus: Loan Until End of Season with €19 Million Option to Buy
Italian club Juventus is reportedly close to finalizing a deal for Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri during the current winter transfer window. This move aims to strengthen their attacking line amidst a perceived lack of offensive efficiency.
According to Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport," Juventus and Fenerbahçe have reached an agreement for En-Nesyri to join on loan until the end of the current season. The deal includes a non-obligatory permanent purchase option valued at approximately €19 million, should it be activated next summer.
The loan fee is estimated to be around €4-5 million, which includes the player's salary. Juventus will cover his wages throughout the loan period, with the possibility of the total amount increasing through performance-related bonuses.
Italian media reports indicate that En-Nesyri could arrive in Turin either tomorrow, Sunday, or the day after, Monday, to undergo a medical examination and sign his contract before the official announcement of the transfer.
The ongoing agreement is a loan contract until June 30, 2026, with an option to convert it into a permanent deal in the summer for the agreed-upon value. This implies that En-Nesyri would remain with Juventus if the clause is activated after the end of the season.
