El Harrar: "AFCON Has a Different Flavor Than CHAN, We Are Ready for the Final"

El Mehdi El Harrar, goalkeeper for the Moroccan national team, has affirmed the "Atlas Lions'" readiness for the continental final against Senegal, emphasizing the positive atmosphere within the squad.

In press statements, El Harrar said: "God willing, it will be a good match, and we are sufficiently prepared for it. We have positive pressure, and we have great players who are accustomed to this pressure."

Regarding the difference between the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and the African Nations Championship (CHAN), El Harrar added: "Everything has its own flavor, and this is a competition that all Moroccans are waiting for, and we are ready for it."

He concluded: "We ask the Moroccan fans to support us tomorrow as they always do. In the match against Nigeria, they were excellent, leaving me nothing to say."

The Moroccan national team will face Senegal tomorrow in the final of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, kicking off at 8:00 PM (GMT+1) at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
